Overview

Personal Training is the fastest path to technical mastery and goal-specific results. Your coach designs every session around your assessment data — movement limitations, body composition targets, schedule constraints, and equipment preferences. Included with Platinum membership and available as add-on packages for other tiers.

Sessions are efficient: no wandering between machines, no generic PDF plans. You show up, execute, log, and adapt.

Weekly Structure

Typical Platinum cadence: 2–4 sessions per week of 45–60 minutes. Off-days include assigned mobility homework, steps targets, and meal checkpoints via app or email check-ins.

Sample Session Outline

  • Review prior session logs and sleep/nutrition check-in
  • Warm-up specific to day's movement pattern
  • Primary and secondary lifts with prescribed RPE
  • Corrective or accessory work for weak links
  • Assign homework and next-session preview

Nutrition Tie-In

Coaches coordinate with our dietitian for calorie and macro updates each training block. Personal training without nutrition alignment leaves half your results on the table — we connect both by design.
