Body Transformation Bootcamp is our flagship results program for members ready to commit eight weeks to measurable change. Combining HIIT, strength circuits, core work, and mandatory nutrition workshops, cohorts of 12–20 members progress together with weekly weigh-ins, photos (optional), and habit scores — not shame-based leaderboards.
Expect fat loss, muscle definition, improved energy, and systems you keep after graduation.
Motivated adults with baseline health clearance, able to train 4–5 days weekly and follow a structured meal plan. Not intended for acute injury recovery without medical release.
8 weeks × 5 sessions: 3 bootcamp classes, 1 strength, 1 active recovery (yoga or Pilates). Bi-weekly nutrition labs. Sunday meal prep optional group.
Bootcamp includes customized calorie targets, protein minimums, and weekly adjustments. Alcohol, ultra-processed food reduction, and sleep targets are coached as equally important as gym attendance.
