Our Yoga & Flexibility program blends traditional vinyasa flow with modern mobility science. Designed for the American lifestyle — long commutes, desk work, and high stress — each session targets hips, shoulders, spine, and breath to help you move better in and out of the gym.

Unlike extreme flexibility challenges that risk injury, we emphasize controlled range of motion, joint stability, and progressive holds. Members report improved sleep, reduced lower-back tension, and better performance in strength and HIIT classes.

Who This Class Is For

Beginners welcome — no prior yoga experience required. Ideal for office workers, runners needing recovery, strength athletes improving ROM, and anyone managing stress-related muscle tightness. Prenatal modifications available with coach approval.

Weekly Structure

Sessions run 60 minutes: 10-minute centering breath, 35-minute flow and holds, 10-minute deep stretch, 5-minute savasana. Weekly themes rotate — hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and full-chain integration.
